I recently purchased a trailer from Grand Prix. I have a report filed with the Washington State Attorney General. The design was ok, the trailer looks good, but the welds are very poor and structurally unsafe. Roxanne and Ken, the owners of Grand Prix, will not even help me, telling me that I will have to wait weeks and even then they do not know if they can get me in. They deny and bad work, but won't even let me stop by to show them. They are very difficult to work with, and only accept cash or cashiers check. Glenn's welding in Lynnwood has taken the time to write letters stating the unsafe condition of the trailer. I have a $2400 trailer and cant use it because the tongue and suspension was not welded with care or possibly even expertise. I would warn anyone about doing business with them

The staff are incredibly helpful and the products are great. It is somewhat of a trek for me, so I don't go too often.

I still recommend this place for the prices and the cheap firing service they provide, but the staff are very hostile to novices and not very helpful. They are not polite and actually seem to groan when asked questions. If you can put up with this behavior, you will get excellent deals on products and firing. To me, it is worth it., though I always exit scratching my head about why they insist on being so mean to their clients. I guess it is burn-out - little pay for the job they do.

I had a tough time working with McClincy's while trying to recover from my water damaged home. My home had sufferred water damages during the December'08 snow storm. This was the first time I had to file a claim with my home insurance company. I did not know how insurance works. When I contacted McClincy's, they quickly figured out my ignorance in this area. They promised me that they will fix everything in my home and also take care of filing paper work with my insurance company. Desperate to get my damaged home back to normalcy, I trusted their promises and signed the contract with them. Very soon, my insurance company sent a check to them paying them the amount in full. Ofcourse they came over to my home to get my signature as well on that check since it was a joint check. Little did I know that the moment they get the check encashed, they will stop working at my home. I kept trying desperately to contact them. I left various voice mails and sent numerous email messages. None of them got any response. They chose to ignore every attempt I made to contact them. Not only that, when I dropped into their shop to see if I can custoimize few of the things (like painting with different color or upgrading the flooring material), they quoted me an exhorbitantly high price making me back off on any customization. The cost they were quoting was ridiculously high. Besides, they broke my home furniture because of their negligent attitude. They neither fixed it nor compensated me for that. Eventually, for the sake of my family and out of frustration, I decided to fire them and hire another contractor. To my surprise the new contractors finished the job in two weeks. The work which they kept on dragging for almost two months and made my family's life miserable. My family was living there in one of the bedroom upstairs with most of the rest of the home completely in terrible condition. Besides this, the new contractors also customised everything based on my wishes and it cost me way less than what McClincy's was quoting. Now my home is back to normal inspite of McClincy's leaving it in a horrible condition. Since they were paid in full, you would expect them refund the cost for incomplete work. Instead they went ahead and put a lien against my home asking for more money. Later I found out that they have a pattern of this kind of behavior. A person who lives close to my home has gone through exact same experience and he was also forced to fire them from job. He is also fighting lien on his home. If you want your home reconstruction work to get done in time or if you want to stay away from any legal hassles after the construction work, then I recommend staying away from McClincy's. They are after your money. They dont care if the work gets done or not

Annette is a metal healthcare professional. I've been a patient for a couple of years now and she is just wonderful. She's very kind, very compassionate, and has a knack for getting to the heart of the matter. She's gentle when the situation calls for it, and is firm (but never harsh) when that's needed too. She's also very down-to-earth with a sweet Southern accent and she's always up for a little humor, too. She's also a sports fan--we've talked a lot of baseball (sometimes as a metaphor, and sometimes as just plain baseball) in our sessions. She's a wonderful therapist and has helped me deal with some very unpleasant life situations. I recommend her without any reservations at all.

I had a break in at my house and didn't feel safe not knowing if one of my house keys was in someone's hands it wasn't suppose to be in, I called Bulger's and they came out that afternoon and repaired the break in damage to my locks and rekeyed them! They also has great recommendations for upgrading some security concerns around my house. Thank you very much Bulger's, your team there is awesome!

Moms appliance has new owners that are rude, dont go there! We have been going to Mom's for years and had a credit there. So we went in to order a spring for our washer. He was supposed to order it on Saturday but didnt-then they just closed up shop on Monday without telling there customers! The message machine said they were opened so I drove over to the shop. No note or anything on the door.So I called there today and he was awful! Saying he was in Spokane and that he was doing me a favor for honoring the previous owners credit!? He told me that I was being rude and I told him that he was a poor business man and to forget about my credit. Dont go there for parts because they will not order them and treat you bad when you ask where they are! I would give them no stars for customer service!Joann Everett WA
