Excellent service

Shopped for the new Volvo XC60 recently and the sales person who talked with me was professional but friendly, not pushy, and very knowledgeable about this model and others that he showed me. It's a nice atmosphere and when I'm ready to buy, it will be from them.

Great place to buy a vehicle

After having a terrible experience at Burien Toyota, I headed up to Lake City. They were willing to take their time and didn't pressure me at all on buying. I spent more time talking to the salesperson about photography than him trying to sell me a truck. I also received a thank you call from them for mailing them a pair of extra keys. That says a lot!

They do their best to earn your business

Pierre Money Mart is surviving through the recent economic downturn and the lower vehicle sales for one reason... they apply the practice of demonstrating stellar customer service! Many auto dealerships around the greater Puget Sound don't even bother showing respect to anyone who has had problems in their life. I just bought a XC60 from Bob Byers and have to say that I absolutely loved the service and most importanty... the car is amazing! Looks great, handles great, and fits the whole fam.
