I don't know about the last person but I have worked with the service writer named David and he is very helpful when it comes to my car. He always meets me at the car and opens my door. I have always used my warranty and he has been great on getting things covered. All the guys including David at Acura of Seattle are the best around. Best Car Dealership in Seattle!!

From an oil change to a new truck, Horizon Ford does what a dealership should...they take care of their customers!! I went to 5 Ford Dealerships in the Seattle area (Harris Ford, Sound Ford, Ford of Kirkland, Bill Pierre Ford, Bickford, and Horizon) and found the service here to be the best in the business. Shotty Work and Awful Service

I own a limo company. I have been getting my cars serviced at Lincoln dealerships in the King-Sno area. With rising gas prices and the cars that they don't sell those dealers went out of business.
