Art Tile has been around for years and have the knowledge of material that really is priceless. I've always found the staff to be extremely helpful and willing to go out of their way to assist the client. As a tile contractor myself I'm more than happy to refer my clients to a showroom where I know that they'll be given good advice as well as trendy ideas which they may wish to incorporate in the creation of their dream kitchen or bath.

I've been in to Art Tile on Roosevelt twice in a month to browse tile. The first time they were very busy, so okay, I'll try again another time. The second time I went in, I walked up to the counter where a young girl was sipping on her large soda and looked at me as though she didn't want to be bothered. I asked her where the glass tiles were and she replied, "They're in the back corner,". It would've been nice if she had shown me, perhaps asked what project I had in mind, offered to answer any questions I may have. Later, when I was browsing the large tile book up front, there were three employees standing around chatting behind their tile desk and again no one asked if I needed help. Their lack of helpful service comes across as snobby and I will definitely be purchasing tile elsewhere. Catch a clue, Art Tile, and put some energy in to polite customer service!
