Shopped for the new Volvo XC60 recently and the sales person who talked with me was professional but friendly, not pushy, and very knowledgeable about this model and others that he showed me. It's a nice atmosphere and when I'm ready to buy, it will be from them.

I just bought a XC60 from Bob Byers and have to say that I absolutely loved the service and most importanty... the car is amazing! Looks great, handles great, and fits the whole fam. Bob Byers really took care of us too (John was our guy I believe) - not too pushy, and really helped us make the right decision.

We recently leased a new Volvo XC90 from Bob Byers Volvo and the experience was so outstanding that we figured a review is in order. First off, while it was time for a new vehicle, we were reluctant to visit a car dealer as previous experiences have been unenjoyable. Not so with Bob Byers Volvo! We made initial contact via e-mail and found the contact to be enjoyable and refreshingly honest.

Once we realized we enjoyed working with David, we went in for a visit. David was honest with us and answered many questions about the car buying process. We truly felt as though he had nothing to hide.

Throughout the process, Bob Byers' staff were friendly but more importantly, honest and did not put pressure on us.
