I would like to commend the generous service I was given today. My car battery was dead from leaving the lights on over night. A day of charging on my neighbors charger and some driving around were still unable to get a charge sufficient to start the car. I thought I needed a new battery and went to you because I know you recycle the battery core. Your staff person spent several minutes checking the battery, the cables and the alternator. He found everything was working, but the battery connections were a little loose and dirty. He maticulously cleaned the parts, added washers to insure a good grip in the connectors and reattached the battery. THe car started right up. The fee. Nothing. I told the fellow he was too kind. I forgot to tell him in person he was also thorough, efficient, and knowledgable. Thanks for the great service!‎
