Great Consignment Program
Sold my car on consignment. Very good experience. Diana was great, rational, open, negotiations. She could have pressured me and gotten more money from the deal, and beaten me up on some issues on the car, but she wants you to feel good. Then she delivered more than she promised by fixing ding in the car for free that I had gotten estimates of $100 to fix. She did such a great photo and ad I wanted buy the car! She was timely in her responses and respectful of my time saving me any extra trips to the dealership. She looked out for me, making sure my DMV and insurance were in order for my protection. She made sure I understood the deal and paper work. I am sure as a buyer you would have an equally good experience. Hope other dealers copy her business model of providing great service without mind games. I leave feeling good about my experience a.
