Best Trailer I Found
Best Trailer I Found I looked at a lot of Trailers and did not find any that equaled the quality and price of this Trailer Manufacturer. I gave them an order and received my Trailer as promised. I have used it several times now and it has been fantastic, it toes Strait as an arrow and the standard short gate is great for hauling dirt and gravel. They offered either a ramp gate or short gate at no additional cost, which surprised me. In all a Great Price and Great people to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a trailer

No good
Stay far away from this business. Do all your homework before buying. My experience with them has been and still is a nightmare.

This is our experience with them, your mileage may vary.

They didn't seem to have trailers in stock and if you want to see a trailer before you buy you have to arrange to meet them at their house when it convenient for them. They required 100% payment up front. Then they took two months to build it after saying it would be ready in one and giving us the runaround. After we posted a review on line they called us numerous times in an unfriendly manner asking us to change the review, never offering anything to make the situation whole (I could have been bought). Then they tried to sue us in small claims court over the review. After a few wasted days and an attorney consult the case was dismissed, but they said they would take us to superior court over our factual online review (you can read it on yelp).

As for the trailer, it's well designed and built. It does the job fine. However, the paint is terrible. It's rusting through in several places, runs... and now after they sued me there is no way I will take it back to them to continue this nightmare. So I'm stuck with a rusty trailer that cost me way too much personally (time off work + stress + cost of trailer + cost of fixing the paint...).

Great Trailer
After looking at the other Trailers out their I decided to buy a Trailer from these guys, Why because the design and construction was far superior to all the other Trailers I looked at.

I read the Previous review regarding Paint and it was explained they use Rustoleum Commercial paint, which prevents my trailer from rusting. It was pointed out that I could purchase it in a spray can at any hardware store for easy touch up. It was also explained that my Trailer paint is guaranteed.

Next time you are at Home Depot walk around the parking lot and check out the other trailers and see how well their paint looks. I did and you can forget their claims about how great their paint jobs are. It is a real eye opener.

They explained they build their Trailers with stronger materials, every contact or joint has a complete weld unlike the mass produced Trailers at other dealers.

They also pointed out that the wiring is protected in Galvanized steel conduit not stapled under the wood floor with metal staples “this practice should be illegal”

Other Trailers had no fender bracing that I looked at, forget standing on them. They explained they use All-American made components and buy American steel at Everett Steel a local company. They also build their Trailers with American made Dexter axles purchased from Six Roblees another local company not Chinese axles like many other Trailers

Incredibly bad service
Better Business Bureau gave them an F for failure to respond to complaint and to the BBB. I had the same experience--didn't respond to email or phone; failed to set up an appointment that they agreed to. Trailers look great I just can't trust them with my money.

The other side of the story
I am very familiar with Grand Prix Trailers. They asked me to post a review. I Talked to them regarding Mark who is the guy who posted the bad review. They said he constantly hung up on them when trying to talk to him, He would ignore what they said and refused to acknowledge the information he was given regarding there policy for warranty repair. When asked to bring the trailer to them so they could see what he is complaining about, he was very uncooperative and to this date has not done so.

The Trailer we purchased from them has been excellent.
