The other side of the story

I am very familiar with Grand Prix Trailers. They asked me to post a review. I Talked to them regarding Mark who is the guy who posted the bad review. They said he constantly hung up on them when trying to talk to him, He would ignore what they said and refused to acknowledge the information he was given regarding there policy for warranty repair. When asked to bring the trailer to them so they could see what he is complaining about, he was very uncooperative and to this date has not done so. The Trailer we purchased from them has been excellent.
