today my daughter went to hair masters for the first and last time, NORTHWEST HAIR CARE was packed and she did not want to wait, she is VERY picky about her hair and the person that was supposed to be a stylist decided that they would just give her the cut that they wanted, and completely ignore the request of the paying customer (that's right charged her about $26.00 and sent her home with tears in her eyes) I could not even give this place a single star rating

My sister and I went in to have our hair cut and styled. Showed pictures and I repeated several times that I did not want my hair shorter then "shoulder length" My sister was first and the stylist did not listen to her at all and she went from a hair style more like Pink's to looking like Sharon Osbourne. It added a good 20 years to her look. As for mine not being shorter then shoulder length...It's almost shaved in the back and above my chin in the front. The stylist either did not want to listen to our opinions and wants of our hair OR she was too inexperienced to be working there! I would not go back to that particular stylist (Sam) ever again!!! And on top of that, instead of giving us our cuts for free (we made it very well known that neither one of us were happy and that we felt as if she did not listen to us) She tried to sell us more product and charged us over $50 for 2 Haircuts!
