I have been going to Home Cake for years now. My wife and I adore Griel the owner. She is very knowledgable and can give you some very good ideas and suggestions. She has a wide selection of supplies and her fillings are the best, especially the Gormet Rasberry, Pinapple, Dutch Apple, and Gormet Cherry. And this is the only place where I will purchase Fondant for my cakes. It's got a great flavor. If you are a beginner or an advanced cake maker and decorator your experience will be the best. If you are a baker, this place is it. Only thing you must do is that be patient, get an attention from the owner and ask. "Ask and you shall receive." But if you don't ask, there is almost no way to find anything in this "Alice in the Wonderland" like store full of everything from floor to the ceiling. This is the only store in this region who would sell you the Whip Cream Stabilizer by the pound or several different kind of Couverture chocolate at reasonable price.‎

I have been to this store several times over the years. The owner is so helpful and takes her time with each person to help them get what they will need. She also does suggest things that will help you. Whatever your cake decorating experiences, this store is definitely the place to go!‎
