Hot yoga is an amazing experience. I have been practicing for 4 years now, it has changed my life. I was so excited that the new studio in FW opened and joined immediately. Unfortunately I have to say that I have been terribly disappointed. The studio has gotten very stinky due to the lack of cleaning over the last year or so. They clean the place once a day at night. So every class after 6am you are basically soaking up everyone else's dried sweat and skin flakes from the previous classes If your lucky enough to go to the last class of the day, you have the wonderful pleasure of getting up close and personal with about 250-300 (sometimes more) different peoples sweat and skin flakes. Pleasant, huh? They should be cleaning those floors after every class. They don't even have to pay the cleaners. They work in exchange for free yoga. Seriously it would take maybe 10 minutes to mop after every class. Is that to much to ask when you pay $125 per month? The place just isn't ...

Instructors are great for both the beginner to more advanced. Hot Yoga - A GREAT WORKOUT - who would have known?! A great place to detoxify (sweat) while you workout! I have recommended this place to many of my friends‎

People are all very nice. I have taken many classes, and keep going back. They have a great intoductory offer of 10 classes for $10 to be completed in 30 days. First class takes getting used to the heat. However, if you are properly hydrated then you will be fine for your first class. I usually drink 60 onces of water before class, and avoid cafeine on the day of class. When you feel sick its the release of the toxins in your body. You will feel better in future classes!‎

The teachers there were very friendly not to mention i received a free session as a birthday gift. if you have never tried hot yoga i highly recommend it, and this studio in particular has a great atmosphere.‎
