Good, Honest Help in our Time of Need
We were on a family vacation (coming from Oregon) and our van's transmission went out about a mile from our hotel. With AAA's assistance, we got it hauled over to Kirkland Transmission. This was after 8 pm, so of course they were closed. I met with Tony at Kirkland Transmission the next day and he explained what needed to be done, which was more than the vehicle was worth since it was over 11 years old and Blue Booked for less than $1,500 (we had already been considering getting a new car before our vacation anyhow). So, we spent the rest of our vacation shopping for a new car, and Tony was very understanding in regards to us not getting the work done. So why does he rate 5 stars? Because he was also helpful in getting the now-worthless van disposed of, particularly since we were stranded a few hundred miles from home. He helped arrange for a car rental at Enterprise to get us around town shopping for cars, and overall seemed like a very nice guy. Thanks dude!

Kirkland Tranmission Does It ALL!
I have had two vehicles serviced by KT ( both Transmission overhauls) and both vehicles run perfect! Repaired over 3 and 4 years ago and they run and shift like clockwork. While in the shop I had some things that I had neglected to have repaired over time looked at. They repaired all that I asked and a couple of small items that they saw also. The didn't even charge me for the small items THEY found. I rely on these guys for all my repair needs. Jerry, Tony, Andy and Gary are really great at what they do - They have to be, to operate the same business for over 35 years...it shows. Just call them sometime and see how they answer the phone...it's Fantastic and welcoming. Whatever you need, they can fix...I even saw a Kirkland City street sweeper in there one time...No transmission baffles them. Thanks guys!

Kirkland Transmission is a rippoff‎
This guy is a real rippoff! He conned me into having my clutch and tranny overhauled with a several thousand bill @ the end. I got strannded with the whole thing crunching and stopped in middles of road. They replaced wrong parts and had to redo. Then he didnt even replace the seal for the cluthch and was dripping fluid on my foot, said I have to refill the fluid daily. I hassled him till he replaced the seal. Then it kept slipping out of several different gears and insisted it wasnt. Not till I brought my huge boyfriend did he eventually get things working. Now I find out he didnt replace the seal where it meets rear end. Now my truck is ruined!!!! I have to sell for parts.‎
