Don't ever think about taking your car there
They lost my car keys and kept my car for 5 moths before they told me they can't fix it and I got charged with a big rental car fee hat they were going to pay since they lost my key! I don't recommend this business to anyone! They are fraud and they need to be shut down before they take More of people's money And time.

Response from owner to Liz B.
Liz, your review is an absolute untruth. You are conveniently leaving out little details like the fact you have a vintage car and parts are impossible to get a hold of anymore due to the fact that it is not a popular car either so there is no demand for the parts. I am offended at the accusation that I overcharge and charge 5 times what parts should cost. That is, shall I say it - a lie. I don't do that and never have. I value the trust my customers put into me and my company and what you are talking about simply does not happen at my shop.

Run far far away
If the business has a list of excuses as long as your arm for every reason they can't do the job after they get a hold of your vehicle, that's bad. If the business botches the job and strands you miles from home after the "repair", that's worse. If the business thinks it's a great idea to further charge for repairs that should have been done in a complete rebuild despite a "warranty". That is criminal. So this shop holds my car as hostage, demanding 5 times the price for parts that I could buy online. And should be covered by the "warranty".
Six weeks and counting on a simple three day transmission job.

Response to Anna's Review from owner
Mrs. Anna, I am sorry your experience was not a good one at my shop. As the owner, I do my very best to make sure that it is a good one. I just wanted to point a few things out that are very important - and apologize to you for a mistake we made. I should have never attempted the repairs on your Mercedes because I am not a body shop. Yes, we did lose the keys and due to that and the fact you did not actually own the vehicle on paper, it was extremely difficult to obtain a new set of keys. I had to pull some strings to get it done. After the keys arrived from the dealer, I made the decision to refer you to a body shop. It took over two months for you to find your own body shop. You can 't hold that time against me. I ended up waiving all my fees to you and I felt that was more than fair. I care about my customers and I am saddened that our relationship ended this way and can understand why you are frustrated but let's be fair about this.
