Don't ever think about taking your car there
They lost my car keys and kept my car for 5 moths before they told me they can't fix it and I got charged with a big rental car fee hat they were going to pay since they lost my key! I don't recommend this business to anyone! They are fraud and they need to be shut down before they take More of people's money And time.

Nice Owner
I have had Perry work on a couple of my cars, and he always been upfront, honest, and done quality work. I have referred friends to him as well.

Nothing but thieves and liars!!!
I recently took my jaguar s type to these guys to get my tranny fixed. He charged me 1200 to fix it. The work was never done. He had my car in his shop for six months and didn't even touched the tranny. Instead he took some parts from my car and used it to fix other people's cars. Neither did he picked up my phone calls nor returned them. I had to drive to this shop several times till I finally got fed up with their lies. I went in to get my car out of his shop and a lot of parts were missing from my car. He also never payed me back my 1200. I filled a small claims but he never showed up. Now I have to give it over to the collection agencies. I don't know why mill creek transmission auto repair is still in business. I will advice you guys never to take your cars to them because you will never like what you will see and will end up going through the same
thing I went through. Perry, I know you will see and and if you think its untrue or you have any problems with that, you can contact me on 2063077627.

Response from owner to Liz B.
Liz, your review is an absolute untruth. You are conveniently leaving out little details like the fact you have a vintage car and parts are impossible to get a hold of anymore due to the fact that it is not a popular car either so there is no demand for the parts. I am offended at the accusation that I overcharge and charge 5 times what parts should cost. That is, shall I say it - a lie. I don't do that and never have. I value the trust my customers put into me and my company and what you are talking about simply does not happen at my shop.

Run far far away
If the business has a list of excuses as long as your arm for every reason they can't do the job after they get a hold of your vehicle, that's bad. If the business botches the job and strands you miles from home after the "repair", that's worse. If the business thinks it's a great idea to further charge for repairs that should have been done in a complete rebuild despite a "warranty". That is criminal. So this shop holds my car as hostage, demanding 5 times the price for parts that I could buy online. And should be covered by the "warranty".
Six weeks and counting on a simple three day transmission job.
