Millen Autobody not only did a great job fixing the body of my car from an accident, but they also fixed another dent in my bumper that was not cover by my insurance for FREE (not kidding, for free).

Then, it gets better -- the next day I had problems with my air blower and with getting my key out of the car. I called them to ask for a auto mechanic recommendation and they had me come to their shop and fixed all those problems for me for FREE -- just to be nice.

I know nothing about cars -- and my air blower/air conditioner had stopped worked on a 90 degree summer day, so my car was undrivable until they fixed it (major problem). MIllen Autobody is just unbelievable -- the best experience with any type of business ever -- really!!!! On top of it their whole staff is really friendly, helpful and nice!!!!

After damaging the same area of the car a second time, I brought it to a different shop. They found Millen's work to be just awful. The visible part was fine but inside the work was so bad it was rusting and falling apart. They even left solder wire on a join...just terrible work. My insurance company ended up having to bill them to redo the work they'd done earlier. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop

I have used Millen's on several occasions over the past 10 years. They have always exceeded my expectatiions by being honest and upfront about parts and timing. I have overheard them on the phone while waiting in the lobby and their goal is to always satisfy their customers

I had an iPod that I'd forgotten in the car. Yes, I know, mea culpa, but I'd expect it to be there when I picked it up as it has been on a previous occasion when I used Gerber collision. I called and talked to Neil, the owner, and he was quite rude. I understand that it's the luck of the draw at this point because any shop has employees. But the attitude really bothered me. I would NOT use them again.

I took my car to Millen Autobody. My Insurance Company told me to go somewhere else. I took mit there anyway. Wow was I sorry. It took twice as long as the estimate said. They kept telling me it was a parts problem. Actually it was a management problem. I wish I would have listened to my Insurance Company. Also, I have had to take my car back TWICE to make it right!
