The staff at the call center are completely rude. They know that since you are required by the state to have an interlock to drive that they can hit you with fees for everything. $5 dollars for a bill to be mailed $1.50 for an e-mail. When I told them I no longer wanted them to send me paper bills they told me no problem. I was set up on auto pay to my visa and I had to have 2 resets. they never billed my credit card for the $35 resets and then hit me with $25 late fees because they told me they "sent me e-mails". I asked for these fees to be removed and the woman Named AMBER told me I needed to read my contract. When I asked to talk to someone else because she was being hostile she told me "No I am the only one you can talk to and I'm not removing the fee". This place is a total scam because they know they got you. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!
