I can't say enough good things about this office! The receptionists, Raleigh in particular, are so kind and personable. Raleigh remembered my name after only one visit! Christine, one of the dental assistants, is kind and gentle, and she also remembers her patients after their first visit. Dr. Etemadi is the most gentle, considerate dentist I've ever been to. I made it though a cleaning and 5 fillings (yes, 5...) with no pain, thanks to her skillful treatment and Christine's expert assistance. Even their office is welcoming; they have their own parking lot, a large waiting area with a water cooler, and the rooms are bright, cheerful, and clean. I highly, highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.‎

Since 2001 I have been a patient at Pacific Dental Care. Since I lived in Ballard, I just picked a place that was near me and even though I now live in West Seattle, I still go to the Ballard office. Everyone there is very professional, kind and efficient with their work. I also was able to watch a movie while getting a crown put on and even though my choice of movie wasn't so great, the crown handiwork has been complimented by other dentists and orthodontists. I am a pleased patient of Pacific Dental Care and will be loyal as long as the commute doesn't get to me.‎

I've been going to Dr. Nguyen's office for over 4 years and for a dentist cleaning visits but I have to say I never mind going!! I really like everyone there and they make what is usually deemed not the best thing you could be doing (poking at gums, root canal, a bridge perhaps...) less traumatic. The receptionist/admin is very sweet and have to say she is AWESOME! She has such a happy, smiling face. I love how I can call randomly and say "Hi !..." and she knows who I am. Dr. Nguyen's dental assistant is also great.‎

On one of my most recent visits, I had a leftover flap from a long-gone wisdom tooth lazered off by Dr Dzon Nguyen. He was gentle and kind and before performing the job, told me what to expect. It was relatively painless and now I don't have that annoying piece of skin flapping around in the back of my mouth. Awesome! Pacific Dental Care and Dr Nyugen are fun, caring and extremely skilled pediatric dentist here in Seattle. My two kids have been seeing her for several years now and don't mind going to the dentist at all, even if they must have treatment and not just a cleaning. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. It's very, very kid-friendly; the decor is fun and imaginative. All the chairs and instruments are specially made for kids. They even have gameboys for the kids to play to stay distracted while being worked on! We like them so much that we drive all the way from Renton!‎
