PAT DEPTUCH - BEST AT SELLING SHORTSALES AND PRE-FORECLOSURES
The job Pat Deptuch did for us was truly unbelievable! She undertook the time consuming job of getting a bank to approve a shortsale and accomplished what no other agent could.
When the bank came back at a much higher figure than the offer we had - Pat fought for us by calling the Bank hundreds of times and even called the Govt FANNIE MAE and with her persistance after 3 months they agreed to do another appraisal and accept the offer we had
No one would have stuck with us this long and worked as hard. We highly recommend her to anyone seeking to do a shortsale on their home.
