Rose's Chocolate Treasures, as you can tell from the name, specializes in chocolate, so you can of course get a wide variety of chocolate candies. They also have lots of gifts here, too, though (mostly chocolate-related...) And Rose's is notable as a very good place where you can find raw cocoa beans, better than most other places, I think.
