I got another quote from another firm. This guy and his assisitant came out went thru most of the house telling me about everything that was wrong in my 34 year old house. All I wanted was to get the leak under the powder room toliet fixed not somebody talking about "tearing out walls"? Stack sent out Kevin. He came out and was fast, efficient and nice to work with and he fixed the problem for $50 less than my previous quote.

Major toilet plumbing crisis today. They came out within a couple of hours of my call and charged a very fair rate. I'm purchasing new toilets from them that are guaranteed by Stack for 5 years.

After a meager attempt to repair, Stack plumbing said the old pipe could not be suggested to replace my entire water line for $8500+tx. Thank goodness I got a second opinion... I had the pipe repaired by Dan Crocker Constructino for $550 in two hours!! When I contacted Stack plumbing regarding the repair and to pay for the his service call (that did nothing) he quoted me $130/hr rate ~ Total bill was over $750+tx! CRAZY PRICE & POOR SERVICE!

Came out same day for a leak in my garbage disposal plumbing. Identified the problem within moments and fixed it very fast. Took the time to check my other plumbing to make sure the same error had no been repeated as the disposal plumbing. Actually found another loose pipe I had no clue was loose! All this customer service with a reasonable price. I am very happy.
