Bad business - BAD customer service
A friend referred me to this florist for my wedding flowers. As someone who likes to plan way ahead of time, my friend and I met with the owner to get a quote on flowers several months prior, in 2007. What should have been a red flag to me was the fact that she had rushed me through the process, told me that it was way too early to plan ahead. Mind you, I was excited about my wedding and excited to plan out the floral arrangements. She rained on my parade. She then went on to say that she would give us a good deal because of the referral. My friend and I wrote down her rates for bouquet, boutonnières, corsages, etc. The owner said to come back a few months prior to the wedding to place the order. Fast forward to March 2008, my friend and I scheduled a time to meet with the owner. My friend and I arrived at 6:30, the owner arrived about 15 mins later and did not have the key to open up her shop. RED FLAG....we waited until her brother showed up with the key.
