university Audi is the best place to make an audi transaction,period.

I'm unhappy that my car broke down on me after taking it to them and serviced regularly (it was under warranty till just days before the breakdown). Luckily I was in the city not 100 miles in the middle of nowhere.
Maybe it's not unusual for Audi to require being towed for engine problems. I'll have to get my service elsewhere and see. If it breaks down again because of engine failure then my Audi is going down the road and I'm going back to a more reliable vehicle.
Previous review is correct that they do have air conditioning, water available to drink, they do answer questions and sometimes you can get a loaner car, other times you get a shuttle.

The staff of University Audi is always very friendly and accomidating. They are very nice in their maintenience of the car and they offer you air conditioned rooms and water bottles on hot summer days.

I am blown away by the service department at University Audi. They are quick to respond to my needs, they treat me with respect always taking the time to explain the repairs to my Audi. I like the fact that whenever I go to University the same smiling faces are at the counter to assist me. They do it right ! Thank You University Audi !!!!!
