Slippery slope
I brought my late model van to WAC with a leak in the coolant system. After the original diagnosis of a bad coolant pump, two days later they informed me that the timing chain cover was bad, and more repair was needed. It has now been ten days, severely disrupting my life and with little unitiated contact with WAC. I have had previous work done with Washington Auto Carriage and found them to be professional, albeit a litttle expensive. It seems to have gone downhill and I have lost hundreds of dollars of business waiting for 4 additional hours of repairs that are still incomplete after ten days. While I understand that places are busy, the priorities and seeming lack of concern by WAC would certainly preclude me from using them again.
