Alice Kuder helps first time buyer...
I purchase a home with Alice Kuder's assistance. I found her experience and advice helpful. I looked at properties over several months. One of the first, I loved the view, yard and the home. With her discovery and research, found the property was bank owned and did not have a working heat system during the inspection. I did walk away from the transaction and have been very grateful. She also helped me not to get involve with another property that was a short sale. I since seen the property sell but many months more than what I would have wanted to have the transaction take. Later I found an estate home that I did buy. The transaction had some complexity on the sellersâ side, and I much appreciated AliceâÂÂs council and diligence to keeping it on track. In many years, when I retire, I hope Alice will be available to find a buyer for my home. I would highly recommend Alice and the team she recommends!
